Information we collect

• Account details you provide — your name and email address.
• Your mobile phone number, if you choose to add it, to receive notifications and use the text assistant.
• Production information you and your collaborators enter (scenes, schedules, contacts, documents, files, notes, tasks).

How we use your information

• To operate the app and store your production data for you and the people you invite.
• To send you production notifications you’ve opted into — task assignments, questions directed to you, and schedule/gear changes — by email, WhatsApp, and/or SMS, per your notification settings.
• To run the two-way text assistant: when you message our number, we process your message to add a task, note, or calendar event, answer a question, file a document, or relay it to your production.

Mobile information and messaging

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, or your SMS/messaging opt-in consent, with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the production notifications and assistant features you’ve enabled. Message frequency varies based on your production activity, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Service providers

We use trusted processors solely to deliver the service — including Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp), Resend (email), Supabase (database/storage), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (the AI assistant). They process data only on our behalf to provide these features, not for their own marketing.

Your choices & data

• Change how and when you’re notified, or remove your phone number, in Settings.
• Reply STOP to stop all texts; HELP for assistance.
• Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us.
